Stan Bowman previously owned a six-bedroom home at Lincoln Park, which he sold for around $1.7 million.
He paid $1.2 million in 2020 for the house in the Lathrop Home neighborhood of Lincoln Park.
The house had 51/2 bathrooms, three fireplaces, oak herringbone floors, and a family room with a primary bedroom suite.
