He completed high school at Holy Cross High School.

Ryan worked as a mechanical engineer in the Emtec group from 2005 to 2009 and was promoted to Operations Manager, where he served for three more years, from 2009 to 2012.
Then, in 2013, he became the Director of Silverback & Zenith Cooper, one of the recruitment agencies till 2015.
During the same duration, he also served as the director of Concept Manufacturing in Glasgow, United Kingdom.
