The young girl sneaked out of her apartment after midnight on Sunday after her mother, Lexi, aka Alexis Nungaray, put her to bed.
Reportedly, the Venezuelan immigrants Johan Jose Rangel Martinez, 21, and Franklin Jose Pena Ramos, 26, lured her and kept her for two hours.
Later, Jocelyn was discovered in a Houston bayou with her hands bound behind her back on June 17.
