Pasadena, TX (January 10, 2010) -– Following the success of two previous releases from their Rescued CD, The Harris Family has released another song from the project to radio through Radioactive Airplay. “Will Anybody Love Me?” has a timely message for today and is the group’s first ballad to be released from the project.
The song was written by group member Sue Harris, who says that this song is one that really hits home for a lot of people, herself included. “We live in such a fast paced world. And unfortunately, for many of us, we bring that hectic pace right into the church house with us.” Sue continues, “We all have ministries we are involved in, things we need to do, and places we’ve got to get to on Sundays and many times we are so busy running here and there that we fail to stop and look around to see who God has brought into our midst.” Roger Harris, of the group, adds, “This song has really made me take notice of those visiting our own church or those that might be sitting off by themselves at our church or at a church we are ministering in on any given Sunday.”
Kristen Johnson, group member and daughter of Sue and Roger, agrees and says that the song reminds her that there are hurting people out there who need the Lord. “People enter our churches each Sunday searching for something, anything to get them through the next day.”
There is no doubt that each member of The Harris Family is touched, challenged, and encouraged by the strong message in this song. Further, they believe that this song contains a message that needs to be taken to heart by Christians everywhere. Kristen concludes, “My prayer is that through this song all Christians would realize the importance of reaching out to people and showing them true love... Showing them Someone who won't only get them through the next day, but Someone who will walk with them through a lifetime and into Eternity."
