Reflect & Renew - Peg McKamey

"Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever," (1 Peter 1:23.)

It is God's Incontestable Word -
It is perfect! When the Word is read, God speaks.

It is God's indestructible Word -
It is fresh, alive. It abideth forever!

It is God's Indispensable Word -
The Kings word provides the message of
the church. It is Christ's death, burial and
resurrection!! Verse 25 But the Word of the Lord
endureth forever, and this is the Word which by the
gospel is preached unto you.

Men have denied the Word, they have distorted it
and disregarded it, but it still stands! The Word of God
is quick and powerful. Hebrews 4:12 -- The world's were
framed by the Word of God. Hebrews 11:3.

Psalm 119 has a lot to say about God's Word,
Verse 11 Thy word have I hid in mine
heart, that I might not sin against thee. Verse 42 -- for
I trust in thy Word. Verse 50 -- for thy Word hath
quickened me. Verse 107 -- I hope in thy Word!

I thank God for His Word! Peg
